As long as the Filter is dry and stored in the tube, cold weather will not effect it.
Is it only good for 6 months and then you need to buy a new one?
It filters approx the same amount of water you would drink in 6 months, if stored as directed it has a very long shelf life, basically unlimited.
How big is it, will it fit in a regular water bottle?
Yes, at only 3/8″ in diameter and 8″ long the Glacial Stream Water Filter Straw will fit in regular sized water bottles.
How much water will it filter?
It will filter up to 200 Gallons water drinkable water, depending on the quality of the water source.
